18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ) Conform to the diagnostic criteria of stroke, and confirmed by head CT or MRI for the first time, unilateral disease ; 2 ) Stable vital signs and clear consciousness ; 3 ) meet the diagnostic criteria of PSF ; fatigue Severity Scale = 4 points ; 4 ) course of disease > 2 weeks ; 5 ) aged 18-80 years ; 6 ) Patients knew and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 ) Vital signs are not stable, progressive stroke ; 2 ) epilepsy authors ; 3) have metal implants in the body; 4 ) have a history of severe visceral disease or cancer ; 5 ) have serious mental illness ; 6 ) Patients ' families do not sign the informed consent.
