Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the NIHSS definition of mild ischemic stroke (NIHSS score 0-5); 2. Onset time within 7 days; 3. Age 18-80 years old; 4. Complete and reliable medical history, complete relevant examination and examination; 5. Patients or their legal relatives sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with critical illness, inability to probe temporal window and middle cerebral artery, respiratory insufficiency, inability to hold breath, inability to stand quickly for a short period of time, etc. 2. Patients with contraindications or inability to cooperate with skull MRI examination; 3. Patients with non-anterior circulation ischemic stroke; 4. Patients with orthostatic hypotension; 5. obvious disability before onset, mRS=2 scores; 6. Patients who are currently participating in or have participated in other clinical studies within 3 months.
