50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: 1.Single-segment osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures to be treated with vertebroplasty 2.Agree to intervertebral foramen epidural block 3.Age 50 ~ 85 years old 4.ASA grade = III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusing to sign informed consent 2.Contraindications of intervertebral foramen epidural block ( allergy to local anesthetics, coagulation dysfunction, puncture site infection ) 3.Combined with other vertebral lesions ( multiple vertebral fractures, scoliosis, vertebral tumors, vertebral infection ) 4.Long-term use of analgesic drugs 5.Psychiatric or language dysfunction can not cooperate 6.ASA grade > III 7.CT scan anatomy is difficult, and intervertebral foramen epidural block cannot be performed.
