Interventions

Remote ischemic preconditioning group (Group RIPC):The group RIPC was treated with RIPC 1h before the operation completely blocked the blood supply of the operative limb. Place the tourniquet 2.5cm a
Control group (Group CON):In the group CON, the tourniquet was attached 1 hour before the operation to completely block the blood supply of the operative limb, but no operation was performed.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?For patients undergoing general anesthesia for extremity surgery, tourniquets were applied twice and each time was > 40min. ?Age 20-50 years old. ?BMI 20-30kg/m2. ?ASA grades I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with underlying diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. ? Patients with preoperative vascular lesions involving upper limbs. ? Patients with mental system diseases.
