Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke and be confirmed by CT or MRI. 2. Age between 40 and 80 years old, with no gender restrictions. 3. Unilateral limb paralysis. 4. Upper limb Brunnstrom stages IV, V, and VI, with proximal muscle strength of the upper limb = grade 3. 5. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score for the Fuzhou version > 19 points. 6. Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A score of >7 on the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD). 2. Sitting balance less than grade 2. 3. Modified Ashworth Scale score greater than grade 2. 4. Deep sensory disturbance. 5. Patients with a history of neuromuscular diseases, malignant tumors, or other severe uncontrollable diseases, including heart, kidney, or liver diseases, etc. 6. Inability to undergo functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain. 7. Participation in other research trials that may affect the results of this study.
