Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Elderly people aged 60 years old or above; ? Meet the diagnostic criteria for stable coronary heart disease of the Chinese Medical Association Cardiovascular Disease Branch (see the 2018 Stable Coronary Heart Disease Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines); ? Meet the diagnostic criteria for cognitive decline (assessed by a combination of Fried's Phenotype combined with the MMSE scale screening); ? Consciousness and the ability to communicate effectively with the Chinese written or spoken language; and ? Voluntarily participate in this ? Those who voluntarily participated in this research project and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) those who have suffered cardiogenic shock and severe infections at the time of admission; (ii) those who have a combination of other organ failures such as liver and kidney; (iii) patients with terminal illnesses with a life expectancy of 6 months; and (iv) vulnerable groups including those with psychiatric anomalies, personality disorders, mental retardation, cognitive and behavioral disorders, critically ill patients, pregnant women, and so on.
