Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Application of Photon-Counting CT in the One-Year Prognostic Evaluation of COVID-19 Patients (1) Age 18 years and older; (2) COVID-19 patients who have been treated inpatient or in outpatient/emergency departments at our hospital since December 2022; (3) Confirmed COVID-19 patients by RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acids or COVID-19 antigen test; (4) Fully understand and voluntarily agree to participate in this study, and sign an informed consent form. 2. Application of Photon-Counting CT in the Auxiliary Diagnosis of Pulmonary Embolism After Thoracic Surgery (1) Age 18 years and older; (2) Patients undergoing thoracic surgery at our hospital from September 2023 to August 2025; (3) High-risk patients for pulmonary embolism after thoracic surgery; (4) Fully understand and voluntarily agree to participate in this study, and sign an informed consent form. 3. Application of Photon-Counting CT in Patients with Connective Tissue Disease-Related Interstitial Lung Disease (1) Clinically confirmed CTD-ILD patients with stable disease; (2) Patients undergoing baseline chest HRCT at our hospital; (3) Patients receiving baseline chest HRCT imaging and clinical pulmonary function tests within =7 days, without any relevant treatments between the two tests. 4. Application of Photon-Counting CT in Preoperative Diagnosis of Nodule Malignancy in Thoracic Surgery Patients (1) Clinical intervention or surgical treatment required due to pulmonary nodules; (2) Preoperative chest CT needed to assist in clinical diagnosis; (3) Age =18 years. 5. Application Value of Low-Dose Photon-Counting CT Scanning in Follow-Up of Pulmonary Nodules (1) Chest CT examination performed due to pulmonary nodules; (2) Age =18 years. 6. Application of Photon-Counting CT in Quantitative Analysis of Pulmonary Vessels in Pulmonary Hypertension Patients (1) Age 18 years and older; (2) PH patients diagnosed or treated at our hospital between March 2024 and August 2025; (3) Patients requiring chest CT examination; (4) Fully understand and voluntarily agree to participate in this study, and sign an informed consent form. 7. Application of Photon-Counting CT in Pediatric Airway Disease (1) Age 18 years and younger; (2) Patients with high clinical suspicion of airway disease requiring chest CT for clarification.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Application of Photon-Counting CT in the One-Year Prognostic Evaluation of COVID-19 Patients (1) Pregnant patients; (2) Patients with a history of COVID-19 infection before December 2022, i.e., those who had positive nucleic acid or antigen tests for COVID-19 before December 2022 and have since tested negative; (3) Patients with incomplete baseline clinical data or who have not undergone baseline chest CT imaging; (4) Patients or their families who cannot understand the conditions and objectives of the study. 2. Application of Photon-Counting CT in the Auxiliary Diagnosis of Pulmonary Embolism After Thoracic Surgery (1) History of cancer (excluding skin squamous cell carcinoma, skin adenocarcinoma, or cervical carcinoma in situ); (2) Pregnant patients or those with severe heart, brain, or kidney diseases, or other conditions unsuitable for PCD-CTPA examination; (3) Patients who cannot be moved easily; (4) Patients who cannot breathe independently or meet the clinical study's respiratory requirements for the examination; (5) Patients or their families who cannot understand the conditions and objectives of the study. 3. Application of Photon-Counting CT in Patients with Connective Tissue Disease-Related Interstitial Lung Disease (1) History of cancer (excluding skin squamous cell carcinoma, skin adenocarcinoma, or cervical carcinoma in situ); (2) Patients with acute pulmonary infections; (3) Pregnant patients or those with severe heart, brain, or kidney diseases, or other conditions unsuitable for CT examination. 4. Application of Photon-Counting CT in Preoperative Diagnosis of Nodule Malignancy in Thoracic Surgery Patients (1) Diffuse lung diseases; (2) Metallic implants in the chest or spine; (3) Patients unable to cooperate with breath-holding; (4) Pregnant patients or those with severe heart, brain, or kidney diseases, or other conditions unsuitable for CT examination. 5. Application Value of Low-Dose Photon-Counting CT Scanning in Follow-Up of Pulmonary Nodules (1) History of lung surgery; (2) Diffuse lung diseases; (3) Metallic implants in the chest or spine; (4) Patients unable to cooperate with breath-holding; (5) Pregnant patients or those with severe heart, brain, or kidney diseases, or other conditions unsuitable for CT examination. 6. Application of Photon-Counting CT in Quantitative Analysis of Pulmonary Vessels in Pulmonary Hypertension Patients (1) Pregnant patients or those with severe heart, brain, or kidney diseases, or other conditions unsuitable for CT examination; (2) Diffuse lung diseases or patients with acute pulmonary infections; (3) Patients with incomplete baseline clinical data or who have not undergone CT imaging; (4) Patients or their families who cannot understand the conditions and objectives of the study. 7. Application of Photon-Counting CT in Pediatric Airway Disease (1) Patients who cannot breathe independently or meet the clinical study's respiratory requirements for the examination; (2) Patients or their families who cannot understand the conditions and objectives of the study.
