Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for drug dependence of mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances in the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Standards for Mental Disorders; (2) Age range from 18 to 55 years old; (3) Education level above primary school level; (4) The subjects voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with physical disabilities or contraindications to exercise; (2) Previous history of mental illness and infectious diseases; (3) Antisocial personality disorder and borderline personality disorder; (4) Severe cognitive, visual, or auditory impairment.
