18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Peripheral solitary or multiple pulmonary nodules with a diameter 1.5 cm from the lung edge; 2. CT scan indicates ground-glass nodules or part-solid nodules; 3. The patient has a family history of lung cancer or resides in an area with a high incidence of lung cancer; 4. Aged 18 years or over, willing to participate in the study, and has provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diseases that may increase the risk of the procedure, such as pleural effusion, severe emphysema, or pulmonary bullae; 2. Patients who experienced sepsis or recurrent pulmonary infections within 30 days before the surgery; 3. Patients who have recently received chest radiotherapy or underwent thoracic surgery with severe surgical trauma; 4. Patients with severe coagulation disorders or contraindications to surgery, including severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal diseases.
