Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergraduate students at Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou; 2. BMI >= 24 kg/m^2; 3. Weight stability in the three months prior to the study (weight fluctuation < 5 kg); 4. Willing to participate and able to strictly adhere to the intervention protocol, cooperate with the staff to complete activity check-in tasks according to the activity schedule, and voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in other weight loss programs in the past three months; 2. Used antibiotics continuously for 7 days or more in the past three months; 3. Suffer from secondary obesity caused by medication, illness, or other factors; 4. Have a history of brain injury or mental illness; 5. Have a serious illness affecting major organs or have mobility impairments.
