Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Time: Cardiovascular inpatients from January 2020 to December 2022 Age: =40 years old Gender: Not limited Clinical Diagnosis: Diagnosis of coronary artery disease (CAD) confirmed after coronary angiography during hospitalization Imaging Data: At least one high-quality chest CT scan within six months, including images suitable for evaluating coronary artery calcium scores (CACS); completion of coronary angiography for analyzing the extent of coronary artery disease; some patients completed IVUS or OCT examinations for analyzing plaque properties Relevant Information: Complete medical history, including hypertension, diabetes, smoking, family history of coronary heart disease, etc., as well as laboratory tests, cardiac ultrasound, and other auxiliary examinations Informed Consent: The patient or their authorized representative has signed an informed consent form, allowing the use of their clinical data for this study.
