Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Patients undergoing selective pulmonary segmentectomy or lobectomy; b)ASA I~II level; c) Age 18-65 years old; d) Informed consent signed by patients or family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Hypersensitivity to local anesthetics; b) Combined with autoimmune diseases, long-term use of steroids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs analgesics; c) Combined with sleep disorders, long-term use of hypnotic drugs; d) Infection in the blocked area or coagulation dysfunction; e) Severe obesity, BMI=30.
