Interventions

Observation group :Adjust room temperature to 25? before surgery, 22? after the start of surgery, humidity 45%
Use disinfectant, infusion liquid and rinse liquid heated to 37?
during the operation, cover it with a quilt to keep heat preservation
Experimental group :Use the inflatable waiting room to 40? for pre-insulation for 30min

before surgery, the temperature changing blanket was spread on the operating table and adjusted to 35?
use disinfectant, infusion liquid and rinse liquid heated to 37?
before anesthesia, both the chest and abdomen were covered with an inflatable heating blanket for at least 20min, and the neck and chest were continuously covered during the operation
intraoperative heating of CO2 to 37?
the resuscitation performed used inflatable insulation 40? for 30min.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient age is 65 years old; 2. Meet the surgical indications and plan to perform laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery; 3. Clear and able to complete the survey; 4. Anesthesia classification (ASA) is Grade I-III; 5. No other organs were abnormal; 6. Complete clinical data; 7. There were no serious lesions;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Operation time of 30min; 2. Recent abnormal body temperature; 3.Severe bleeding, shock and other serious reactions; 4. Abnormal blood coagulation function or abnormal liver and kidney function; 5. Basal metabolic abnormalities;
