Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia recommended by the Asian Working Group on Sarcopenia (AWGS) in 2014; ? Diagnosed as acute pancreatitis; ? Age = 18 years old; ? No mental abnormalities or cognitive impairment, informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Merge diseases that affect limb movement, such as fractures, lumbar disc herniation, etc.; ? Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, unable to tolerate intervention; ? Withdrawing midway or unable to participate in the entire research process; ? During hospitalization, there was abdominal bleeding; ? Automatically discharged or deceased patients.
