Pilot group:The participants start to attend the course on knowledge related to bipolar disorder, self-injury and self-injury self-management on the first day after admission, and join WeChat manageme
1 day before discharge, they work with nursing staff to develop a discharge plan to facilitate post-discharge articulation
after discharge, the researcher push the relevant content as well as organized relevant group activities by the WeChat, based on the out-of-hospital discharge plan developed by the researcher and the
knowledge of self-injury and self-management will be pushed to the group once a week after discharge, using the form of PPT
collective activities will be organized in the group once a week, and telephone follow-up every two weeks
nurses would focus on the patients' adverse emotions, and perceive and channel them in a timely manner
and the researcher will remind the patients to follow up their medical appointments once a month in a timely manner. (See the final draft of the discharge plan for non-suicidal self-injury patients in
control group:The main components are routine treatment, nursing care and disease-related health education. Patients will be admitted to the hospital on the first day for admission and risk assessment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Adolescent inpatients who meet the diagnostic criteria for bipolar disorder in the Chinese Classification and Criteria of Mental Disorders (ICD-10), accompanied by the recommended criteria for non-suicidal self-injury in the fifth edition of the Manual of Mental Diseases and Statistics (DSM-5), Part III; (ii) Between 12 and 18 years of age; ? Consciousness; ?Able to be followed up within 12 months; ? Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? With severe mental symptoms, such as hallucinations and delusions; ? with mental retardation; ? Combined with other serious physical diseases; ? Discharged from the hospital in the middle of the day; ? Those who are unwilling to cooperate.
