Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with diseases related to intestinal imbalance of the digestive system, including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Clostridium difficile infectious enteritis (CDI), intestinal infectious diseases, radiation enteritis, Hp infection, biliary stones, etc., the specific diagnostic criteria are shown in the attached table. 2) The patient can understand the purpose and procedures of the study and agree to sign the informed consent form; 3) The patient is willing to complete the follow-up and various examinations as required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe heart, lung, kidney, liver and other organ insufficiency; 2) Patients with a history of mental illness, cognitive impairment or other psychiatric disorders who are unable to cooperate with the study; 3) the patient has other diseases that are inconsistent with the study; 4) For medical and/or ethical reasons, the investigator considers it unsuitable to participate in the study.
