18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Simultaneously meets the following criteria: Diagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis (AP) confirmed. Acute Gastrointestinal Injury (AGI) Grade I or above. Admitted to ICU within one week of onset. Informed consent signed by a legal representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obstructive biliary pancreatitis requiring emergency surgery. Traumatic pancreatitis. Pregnancy complicated by pancreatitis. Age 80 years. Severe abdominal skin damage.
