18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 65 years old; 2. Pain and muscle tension are located between the rib margin and the hip folds, with or without leg pain; 3. Pain lasting for 3 months or more; 4. NRS scale score = 3 points (minimum pain level); 5. Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) score reaches or exceeds 14%; 6. Can use smartphones; 7. Voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign an informed consent form; 8. Accept random allocation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from specific diseases of the spine, such as infections, spinal tumors, spinal tuberculosis, fractures, spondylolisthesis, spondylolysis, and aneurysms; 2. Pain caused by other diseases; 3. Mental illness or cognitive impairment (MMSE<24); 4. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 5. History of spinal surgery; 6. Patients who have received exercise therapy for lower back pain within the past three months; 7. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
