RIPC Group:Subjects received 5-minute ischemia / 5-minute reperfusion of 180mmHg and 4 cycles of remote ischemic preconditioning therapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The subjects voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent; 2) The age of 18 years old or above, regardless of gender; 3) Healthy subjects should have no underlying diseases; Subjects with comorbidity should be clinically diagnosed with hypertension or/and diabetes (no other comorbidity); 4) Did not participate in clinical trials within 3 months before the trial; 5) No surgery is planned in the near future.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Arm fracture, skin injury or infection; 2) There is limb nerve injury; 3) Limb placement PICC, arteriovenous fistula and other devices that affect armband placement; 4) There are basic vascular lesions and poor blood supply at the extremities; 5) Limb thrombosis.
