60 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 60 years; 2. Patients scheduled for elective posterior lumbar fusion surgery; 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. Voluntarily participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with communication disorders or unable to cooperate with the investigators; 2. Those with severe heart failure with a left ventricular ejection fraction < 40%; 3. Those with severe renal impairment requiring hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis; 4. Those who have used nephrotoxic drugs within the last 48 hours; 5. Those deemed to have surgical contraindications based on initial tests and examination results after admission, as determined by the research team.
