Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women who had their cards established in the Second West China University Hospital o, Sichuan University, had regular labor and delivery; aged 18 to 49 years old; had completed the 75 g OGTT test at 24 - 28 weeks of pregnancy; the diagnostic criteria were in accordance with the requirements for gestational diabetes mellitus of "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperglycemia in Pregnancy (2022)" of the Chinese Medical Association; and had given their informed consent and voluntarily enrolled in the program
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pre-pregnancy diabetes mellitus; twin or multiple pregnancies; comorbidities of severe heart, liver, lung, kidney, and autoimmune system diseases; poor compliance and inability to undergo regular labor and delivery tests; regular labor and delivery tests not performed at our hospital; subjects who are unable to understand and cooperate with the study, either by themselves or by their family members; subjects who are unable to cooperate with the collection of gases as required, or who have had an unexpected leakage of the gas collection bag.
