Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: =18 years old; (2) Surgery: Thoracic surgery is planned; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Risk Level I-II; (3) Informed consent: understand the operation process and be able to communicate normally; Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Health status: severe or unstable mental illness (major depression or schizophrenia, etc.); Serious or unstable physical disease (heart failure, liver failure, stroke, etc.); Pregnant or lactating women Women (all women aged 18-55 should have a urine pregnancy test). (2) Immune function: suffering from autoimmune diseases; Receiving non-lung cancer immunotherapy (excluding vaccines); Receive immunosuppressive therapy such as glucocorticoids. (3) Others: postoperative pathological diagnosis of benign lung lesions; Patients with other primary tumors.
