Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Phase one Patients: Diagnostic criteria:Histopathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Inclusion criteria:1. Patients just before admission to the hospital in preparation for chemotherapy; 2. Age = 18 years: 3. Mild or no fatigue as assessed by the NRS scale; 4. Able to complete the required study questionnaire independently or with the help of the investigator; 5. Informed about the diagnosis and agreed to be investigated. Nurses: Inclusion criteria: 1. More than 5 years of work experience in gastrointestinal oncology; 2. Intermediate and above titles; 3. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study. Phase two Patients:Same as the phase one

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Phase one Patients: Exclusion criteria: 1. recurrence or metastasis of tumor; 2. combination of other cancers; 3. cognitive dysfunction and inability to express their thoughts accurately; 4. severe systemic infection, or combination of other serious physical diseases such as anemia or renal impairment; 5. history of other psychiatric or central nervous system diseases and serious physical diseases. Nurses: Exclusion Criteria: Nursing staff who are on rotation and continuing education. Phase two Patients:Same as the phase one
