Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed by an attending physician in the Department of Psychiatry/Psychology, meeting the suggested diagnostic criteria for Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI) in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5). 2.Aged between 12 and 18 years. 3.Agrees to participate in this trial and complete various assessments. 4.The participant and their legal guardian have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by severe mental disorders such as schizophrenia, autism, or intellectual disability. 2. Self-injury due to religious or customary practices. 3. Difficulty in verbal communication. 4. Currently participating in other clinical trials involving medication or surgery. 5. Inability to comply with the intervention and visit schedule of the trial.
