SI-CSP Group:In SI-CSP group, the polyps were removed by submucosal injection of methylene blue and normal saline, followed by cold snare
CSP Group:In CSP group, polyps were removed by cold snare without prior submucosal injection

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. Preoperative diagnosis of at least one sessile intestinal polyp measuring 10 to 20 mm; 3. Voluntary participation in this study and signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Polyps larger than 10mm and of Paris 0-I type; 2. Participants with polyps larger than 20mm removed by CSP or any polyps removed by HSP; 3. Polyps highly suspected of being high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or cancer; 4. Participants with inflammatory bowel disease or colonic polyposis; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Participansts taking anticoagulant drugs, with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe organ failure, other malignancies or severe infectious diseases who cannot tolerate the examination or polyp treatment.
