18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All pregnant women are single, with stable vital signs, normal without underlying diseases such as gestational hypertension, and no claustrophobia. They agree to undergo MRI examination. Normal group: fetuses of appropriate gestational age who have no lung or liver developmental diseases, no severe developmental abnormalities or suspected developmental problems, and have been confirmed to have no abnormalities through examination. Disease group: Delayed development, growth restriction of fetuses, or presence of liver and lung development problems. Prenatal diagnosis is suspected, but later confirmed to be pulmonary dysplasia, congenital diaphragmatic hernia, pulmonary edema, lung cystadenoma, liver tumor, bile stasis, hepatohepatitis virus infection, liver cyst, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with severe heart and respiratory dysfunction; Individuals with severe consciousness disorders, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and severe primary diseases; Complications include pregnancy induced hypertension, pregnancy induced diabetes and pregnancy complications; Twin or multiple pregnancies, with severe developmental abnormalities in other parts except the liver and lungs; Pregnant women cannot cooperate with holding their breath, as frequent fetal movements can affect the image.
