Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary signing of informed consent form 2. Conventional dose CT imaging of pulmonary nodules in patients does not rule out the possibility of malignancy 3. Patients who require CT guided percutaneous needle aspiration for Hookwoire localization of pulmonary nodules 4. Simultaneously undergoing routine low-dose CT and ultra-low dose CT examinations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coagulation dysfunction, pulmonary nodules too close to the heart, pulmonary nodule puncture pathway obstructed by bone, BMI>30kg/m2, and other reasons are not suitable for puncture localization 2. CT images do not meet the requirements (severe artifacts)
