Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for cerebral infarction: (1) Confirmed diagnosis of cerebral infarction in the deceased; (2) Age over 40 years old; (3) Inpatient electronic medical record systems or paper medical record materials that can provide complete information; (4) Individuals with information on traditional Chinese medicine's four diagnostic methods and syndrome differentiation. Inclusion criteria for myocardial infarction: (1) Clearly diagnosed as myocardial infarction; (2) Age over 40 years old; (3) Inpatient electronic medical record systems or paper medical record materials that can provide complete information; (4) Individuals with information on traditional Chinese medicine's four diagnostic methods and syndrome differentiation. Inclusion criteria for secondary cerebral heart syndrome in acute cerebral infarction: (1) Patients with clear diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction; (2) No prior history of heart disease (valvular disease, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, heart failure, and coronary heart disease); (3) The appearance of secondary cardiac damage, including abnormalities in any of the following indicators: ? electrocardiogram changes; ? Abnormal myocardial enzyme spectrum; ? Acute heart failure and even pulmonary edema; ? Myocardial ischemia or even myocardial infarction. (4) Age over 40 years old; (5) Inpatient electronic medical record systems or paper medical record materials that can provide complete information; (6) Individuals with information on traditional Chinese medicine's four diagnostic methods and syndrome differentiation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for cerebral infarction (1) Exclude stroke patients confirmed by examination to be caused by brain tumors, brain trauma, brain parasitic diseases, and metabolic disorders; (2) Excluding those with concurrent cerebral hemorrhage; (3) Exclude pregnant or lactating women and individuals with mental illness. Exclusion criteria for myocardial infarction (1) Excluding those who have been confirmed by examination to have chest pain caused by other heart diseases, severe neurosis, menopausal syndrome, hyperthyroidism, cervical spondylosis, gallbladder heart disease, gastric and esophageal reflux, etc; (2) Excluding pregnant or lactating women and mentally ill individuals Exclusion criteria for secondary cerebral cardiac syndrome in acute cerebral infarction (1) Exclude stroke patients confirmed by examination to be caused by brain tumors, brain trauma, brain parasitic diseases, and metabolic disorders; (2) Individuals with electrolyte disorders, thyroid dysfunction, and other possible causes of electrocardiogram abnormalities; (3) Excluding those with concurrent cerebral hemorrhage; (4) Exclude pregnant or lactating women and individuals with mental illness.
