20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Types of postpartum PGP with kidney-yang deficiency and lack of core stability; (2) Postpartum women between the ages of 20 and 40; (3) The pain VAS score at this stage was between 3-6cm; (4) Voluntarily participate in this test and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with low back pain whose pain area is between the lower ribs and the fifth lumbar region; (2) pregnant patients; Patients with acute stage of pelvic inflammation and history of pelvic surgery within 3 months; No history of pelvic disease, urinary tract infection, urinary stones and malformations; (3) lochia is not clean or menstruation; Poor healing of vulvar wound; (4) Previous lumbar, pelvic belt, hip and other operations; (5) Mental disorders, people with obvious physical defects, major diseases and cognitive disabilities.
