Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients aged 20-55 years with chronic periodontitis who had single or multiple tooth vertical bone defects after systemic periodontal initial treatment and needed periodontal tissue regeneration; ? The plaque was well controlled, and the plaque index was controlled below 20%; ? Probing depth (PD) >5mm, periapical radiography and CBCT confirmed the bone defect as three-wall and two-wall infrabony pockets or degree ? furcation lesions with sufficient attached gingiva coverage. ?Patients with no cervical caries, no cervical fillings and restorations ? Patients have good compliance, good oral hygiene habits, and can be followed up on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? History of systemic diseases, long-term medication history ? Smoking history ? History of other oral diseases, such as Sjogren's syndrome, lichen planus, etc. ? Patients with mental disorders or unclear consciousness who cannot cooperate with treatment.
