Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Between 18 and 80 years old; 2) ICU critically ill patients (APACHE ? score =15 points); 3) All enrolled patients could not eat orally and could accept enteral nutrition, which was suitable for nasogastric tube feeding; 4) Expected ICU stay =7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with intolerance to enteral nutrient solution; 2) Patients requiring clinical fasting, such as digestive tract perforation, bleeding, intestinal fistula, intestinal obstruction, etc.; 3) For hemodynamic unstable patients admitted to ICU for 24 to 48 hours after treatment, reference indicators: in the absence of hypovolemia, high dose of vasoactive drugs (such as norepinephrine =0.02ug/kg.min) should be applied to maintain mean arterial pressure =65mmHg, or blood lactic acid =4mmol/L.
