Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for BPPV patients: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of BPPV, single posterior semicircular canal or horizontal semicircular canal is involved; ? Right-handed, aged 18-65 years; ?No neurological, mental and hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction or other systemic diseases; ?No history of drug use, alcohol or drug abuse; ? Voluntarily participate in and complete the experiment, and sign the informed consent. Inclusion criteria for BPPV patients with residual dizziness: ? The induction test immediately after the restoration of otolith and the next day were negative, and no positional nystagmus and positional vertigo were found; (2) After the successful reduction of the otolith, non-rotating dizziness, walking instability, floating sensation, etc., (or) a transient feeling of instability when turning the head, standing and walking; ? exclude other diseases; ? The patient can cooperate with vestibular rehabilitation training and later follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for BPPV patients: ? Major comorbidities or terminal diseases; (2) There are contraindications in nuclear magnetic examination and there are metal dentures and stents that cannot be removed; ?MRI-T1 indicated structural abnormalities, MRI-T2 indicated lesions, and MRI-T2 flair indicated moderate to severe white matter lesion (Fazekas scale, PVH or DWMH=2). Exclusion criteria for RD patients: ?MoCA14 points or HAMD>17 points; ?Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI=16); ? Recurrence of otoliths occurred during follow-up; ? Taking antihistamines such as betahistine, ginkgo biloba preparations, psychotropic drugs or participating in other types of physical therapy during the study period.
