Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia; 2, aged 18-65 years old; 3, ASA grade ? or ?; 4. Mouth opening =2.5cm; 5. The range of motion of head and neck was normal; 6, Mallampati grade ? or ?; 7 patients have fully understand the nature of the study, volunteered for the experiment and sign a consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neuromuscular junction diseases; 2. History of allergy to test drugs; 3. History of nervous system diseases; 4, high risk of aspiration; 5, expected airway difficulties; 6. Long-term use of sedatives; 7, for any reason, the researchers don't think there is any suitable for inclusion.
