Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with the need for transcatheter cardiothoracic procedures: • TAVI • Mitral valve replacement/repair • Tricuspid valve replacement/repair • Pulmonary valve replacement/repair • Anatomic leakage closure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Age under 18 years old ? Contraindications to safe administration of iodinated contrast material, renal insufficiency ? Pregnant patients ? Unable to perform TEE examination
