Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients undergoing scheduled orthognathic surgery under general anesthesia (including maxillary, mandibular, and bimaxillary surgeries).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previously diagnosed with neurological or psychiatric disorders; Not completed 5-day follow-up, and pain scores that have been followed up are less than or equal to 3.
