Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Patients with surgical indications for coronary artery bypass surgery ?Cardiac function grade I-II ? aged 65–80 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?preoperative Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) or Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) cognitive dysfunction (preoperative scores =17 for illiterate, =20 for primary, =22 for secondary, and =23 for university) ?severe visual and hearing impairment that prevents communication ?History of allergy to anaesthetic ?Patients with history of active internal bleeding, acute/subacute cerebral infarction and brain trauma ?Severe liver and kidney dysfunction: Child-Pugh grade C and uremia stage ?endotracheal tube cannot be removed on the first day after surgery ?subjects requesting termination of the test
