Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtain the consent of patients or family members, and sign the informed consent; 2. Aged over 18 years; 3. The main diagnosis is mitral stenosis or mitral regurgitation, and mitral valve replacement under cryoporporeal circulation is proposed; 4. Cardiac function grade II-III (AHA American College of Cardiology), preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction > 50%, ASA grade II-III; 5. Did not participate in clinical trials within 3 months before the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Arm fracture, skin injury or infection; 2. There is limb nerve injury; 3. Limb placement PICC, arteriovenous fistula and other devices that affect armband placement; 4. There are basic vascular lesions and poor blood supply at the extremities; 5. Limb thrombosis; 6. Combined with systemic infectious diseases (including infective endocarditis, myocarditis); 7. Second heart surgery; 8. Severe hypertension (hypertension level 3); 9. Severe ischemic cardiomyopathy such as coronary heart disease (coronary angiography indicates obstruction > 50%); 10. There are conditions that other investigators or surgeons do not consider appropriate for inclusion.
