Conditions

Deep-sited fungi infections

Interventions

Gold Standard:This study enrolled patients with suspected deep-sited fungal infections and collected samples from the infected site. Deep fungal infections mainly include invasive fungal diseases (IFD
Index test:accuracy of fungal multiplex PCR-CRISPR system and Taqman probe microfluidic chip multiplex PCR : Sensitivity, specificity, predictive value, likelihood ratio, and area under the ROC curve
