Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental Group: Age between 18 to 80 years old; Meeting the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Small Vessel Disease 2020"; Have undergone examinations such as cranial MRI, fundus photography, OCT, and OCTA. Informed consent has been signed by the patient or their family. Control Group: Primarily including individuals from the physical examination population of inpatients in our hospital (aged 18 to 80 years old); cranial MRI showed no abnormalities. These individuals showed no impairment in any cognitive domain during the cognitive assessment process; They have no history of cerebrovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, or ocular abnormalities, and have normal vision.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Both Experimental and Control Groups: (1)History of ocular surgery or primary ocular diseases, such as retinal choroiditis, cataract, glaucoma, posterior vitreous detachment, preretinal membrane, macular degeneration, optic nerve disease, severe diabetic or hypertensive retinopathy; (2)Presence of potential cardiovascular diseases, such as atrial fibrillation, infective endocarditis, valvular heart disease; (3)Large area cerebral infarction; (4)Intracranial hemorrhage; (5)Systemic diseases, such as shock or tumors; (6)Neurological diseases, such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, or Alzheimer's disease; (7)Mental disorders, such as hallucinations or depressive disorders; (8)Alcohol or drug abuse; (9)Language disorders; (10)Contraindications for MRI.
