Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? the preoperative imaging (abdominal CT enhancement or renal MR dynamic enhancement) examination and pathological materials confirmed the diagnosis of RCC-IVCTT; ? underwent surgical treatment at our hospital; ? no history of IVC surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? not operated on at Tongji hospital; ?Mayo thrombus grading level 0.
