Inclusion criteria: a) Cluster: ?Changzhi Medical College dormitory; ?All the students in the dormitory are nursing students b) Individual: ? Aged 18 years or above; ? Registered undergraduate nursing student; ? Registered student in the first semester of freshman year; ? Own a mobile device; ? Have access to the Internet

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Individuals: ? Diagnosed with mental problems or serious physical problems, such as depression, generalized anxiety disorder, or diabetes; ? Previously participated in other stress intervention studies.
