Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-55 years old; 2. Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders, diagnosed by a psychiatrist based on MINI plus v 5.0, with a course of at least 1 year; 3. Patients who have received stable dose medication in the past month and have significant negative symptoms: the negative symptom score on the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) is not less than 20, and at least one item on the PANSS negative symptom scale is >= 4 points; 4. All patients have stable clinical conditions and are able to provide informed consent, and all participants have obtained written informed consent; 5. Take second-generation antipsychotic drugs, such as Olanzapine and Quetiapine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Merge with other brain diseases; 2. Severe physical conditions, including severe liver, kidney, cardiovascular and other diseases; 3. History of alcohol and drug abuse; 4. Individual or family medical history of other mental diseases, including Personality disorder and mental retardation; 5. People with metal clips, plates, or any other metal objects on their heads; 6. Receiving electroconvulsive treatment within 6 months; 7. The evaluation process do not cooperate.
