Pulmonary nodule

Interventions

Intervention group:In the intervention group, a DLT is inserted into the tracheal with the aid of an endobronchial cuff indicator.
Conventional group:In the conventional group, a DLT is inserted in a usual way, i.e., with the clinical observation of chest movement and auscultation.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) A patient who is more than 18 to 75 years old. (2) A patient who will take operation which needs one lung ventilation more than 30 minutes. (3) A patient who agrees to participate in this study and is able to fill out the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A patient who is younger than 18 years old. (2) A patient who has defunct airway during the intubation. (3) A patient who has a history of thoracic surgery or surgical pleurectomy. (4) A patient who has traumatic diseases. (5) A patient who has any contraindications of placing the bronchial blocker. (6) A Patients with significant obstructive (estimated forced expiratory volume < 50%) or restrictive airway disease (forced expiratory volume < 75%).
