18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range: 18-80 years old, male or female not limited; 2) Disease group: Diagnosed with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans through computed tomography angiography (CTA) or digital subtraction angiography (DSA) examination; Control group: Subjects whose test results are negative or confirmed to have no clinical signs and symptoms related to lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans. 3) The research subjects in the disease group amputation group meet the indications for knee amputation surgery; The disease group intervention treatment group meets the indications for intracavitary treatment surgery. 4) The research subjects agreed to cooperate with postoperative CTA, ABI and other examinations and follow-up; 5) Good compliance, with the patient or their legal representative signing an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with gastrointestinal diseases, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, renal insufficiency (serious renal disease creatinine>3.0 mg/dl), gastrointestinal surgery history in the previous year, or antibiotics used for more than 3 days in the past 3 months.
