Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for Traumatic Optic Neuropathy (TON). 2. Underwent successful transnasal endoscopic optic nerve decompression surgery at our hospital, with no complications during or after the surgery. 3. Patient age between 18 and 60 years. 4. Patients who voluntarily sign the informed consent of this program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe open ocular trauma due to inability to assess optic nerve function 2. Patients with glaucoma, active inflammation elsewhere in the body, or non-traumatic optic neuropathy 3. Patients with serious intraoperative complications 4. The patient's optic canal wall does not meet the volume or mass requirements for sample analysis.
