Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-80 years old; 2.The ECG in lead 12 showed that the patients with monomorphic left ventricular papillary muscle premature contractions, >=8 000 cells/24 h or >= 400 cells/h, were monomorphic early, with different degrees of palpitations, chest tightness and other symptoms. 3. All of them stopped taking anti-arrhythmic drugs for more than 5 half-lives before radiofrequency ablation, and stopped taking amiodarone for more than 4 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Electrocardiogram, echocardiography, chest X-ray and laboratory tests (myocardial injury markers, electrolytes, etc.) show structural heart disease (such as cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease, myocarditis, etc.), hereditary arrhythmia syndrome and hyperthyroidism and other systemic diseases.
