Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 60 years old; 2. Knee joint pain, joint snapping, joint dysfunction and other symptoms occurred before operation, and were diagnosed as meniscus grade III injury by MRI; 3. Unilateral knee joint diseases were treated by arthroscopic meniscus plasty; 4. The patient's in-patient case data and postoperative follow-up data are complete, and his mental state, cognitive function and compliance are good.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral knee joint diseases or operations; 2. Combined with other injuries of knee joint (e.g. knee cartilage exfoliation, anterior and posterior cruciate ligament injury and medial and lateral collateral ligament injury); 3. Patients with serious basic diseases of internal medicine that affect their postoperative recovery; 4. Previous history of knee surgery; 5. Follow-up was not completed and data collection was incomplete.
