Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Students or staffs who have not been vaccinated and tested negative for influenza antibodies, regardless of gender; (2) The population that meets the requirements for vaccination; (3) Physical health; (4) Sign the informed consent .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe gastrointestinal diseases that affect food digestion and absorption; (2) Individuals who have recently been infected with influenza virus; (3) Those who do not comply with the vaccination regulations; (4) Those who do not agree with the experimental design plan and do not sign the informed consent form
