Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 18 and 75 years old; 2) Diagnosis of unilateral upper urinary tract stones by urinary tract CT, single or cumulative length = 2cm; 3) Accept VADL surgical treatment. 4) Informed consent, voluntary testing. The process of obtaining informed consent should comply with GCP regulations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Tumors of the urinary system, congenital or acquired abnormalities of the urinary system; 2) Patients with severe renal impairment or no functional kidneys; 3) Individuals with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases that cannot tolerate any surgery, abnormal coagulation function (PT>16s, APTT>43s, TT>21s, Fbg>2g/L), and surgical contraindications 4) Severe impaction of ureteral stones 5) Any other patients who are not suitable to enter the study
