PBM:The PBM helmet was used for 10 minutes three times a week, with LED wavelength of 1070nm, light power 15000mW, light dose 20mW/cm2, the total intervention time was 8 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 45-85 years old of both sexes. (2) According to the cognitive scale score and the consensus of Chinese experts on the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's disease mild cognitive impairment, the patients were diagnosed as early and moderate AD patients in 2024 and 2023 AA clinical diagnostic criteria (draft). (3) Baseline health data showing a high risk of AD (e.g. diabetes, hypertension, sleep disorders, etc.). (4) Sign informed consent form and complete all tasks according to plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A definite history of stroke. (2) Intracranial tumors or a history of intracranial tumors. (3) "Patients with cognitive impairment that may be caused by alcoholism, drug addiction or other brain diseases (such as encephalitis, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, etc.).
